Please inform us immediately, no later than 24 hours after the service has been provided, if any damage has occurred. We will strive to find a satisfactory solution as quickly as possible. To ensure a smooth process, please document any damage with photos.
Write down all your wishes and priorities on a checklist. This will help your service provider address your preferences in a targeted manner.
For services provided by independent contractors, please use WhatsApp chat or email to coordinate any special requests with your service provider in advance. For professional services, no special preparation is required. Simply make sure that you are present at the agreed time.
The service can be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time. If canceled within 48 hours, we must charge the full amount, as we are required to pay our assigned staff and cannot compensate for short-notice cancellations.
